Sample access

Explanation

The sample access allows you to get an overview of the functions free of charge for 5 days.
For data protection reasons, the driver and vehicle data are not visible in the telematics portal. These are active vehicles and drivers, so you can get a very precise insight.
You can easily add your own driver and vehicle data to the Tachodownload portal and evaluate your data.
Please note that if you do not activate your account in the web portal, the data will be automatically deleted after 5 days.

Explanation of the system:

The box permanently installed in the driver’s cab sends the vehicle position to the telematik.tachodownload portal booked with us at adjustable intervals via GPS-DATA

In addition, the data is sent to the tachodownload portal in legally required cycles, which is also useful for new drivers.

You then have complete control over the vehicle position, the tachograph data and your driver. And all without any manual effort.
Via a chip card reader and a small, local software, authorized via a company card to download into your personal login area. Now you can view all evaluations and analyses conveniently in the office: vehicle positions are displayed on a Google map in your login area. You can plan tours and calculate journey times there.

Using the TCD app(Android and Apple), you can view the positions of your fleet on all end devices (desktop, tablet, cell phone). If your dispatcher or warehouseman has access, he can also see when the vehicles arrive at the forwarding yard or at the customer’s premises.
Data is not lost: even if the ignition is switched off or the battery is disconnected, the integrated rechargeable battery keeps the vehicle localized for up to 24 hours – depending on the battery charge.

A driver and tachograph backup running in the background also guarantees the legally required data storage (driver card 28 days, tachograph 92 days).
You can also view driving and rest times. The legally required reporting and instruction obligation for drivers is also integrated. You can have the system create suitable forms.

Further advantages:

In the web+++ system, you can also keep an eye on oil and fuel levels as well as the temperature of each vehicle. The prerequisite for this is an FMS/CAN interface.

With this additional data, you can compare drivers and vehicles and reduce fleet costs.
