(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be primarily attributed neither to their commercial activity nor to their independent professional activity.)

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without specifying a reason.

The cancellation deadline is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation you must notify us,

of your decision to cancel this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the enclosed sample cancellation form to do so but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the notification stating that you are exercising your right of revocation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of cancellation:

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which communication of your cancellation of this contract is received by us. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment which you used for the original transaction unless a different arrangement has been explicitly agreed with you; on no account will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We can refuse to make the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and, in any case, no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline has been met if you dispatch the goods before the deadline of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You must pay for any loss of value in the goods only if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods on your part not solely required to check their condition, properties and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts

• for delivery of goods that are not prefabricated or for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is essential or which are uniquely tailored to meet the consumer’s personal needs,
• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded,
• for the delivery of sealed goods that for reasons of health and safety or hygiene are not suitable for return, and whose seals were removed following delivery,
• for the delivery of goods that due to their inherent properties were directly and inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,
• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence,
• for delivery of audio – or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery
• for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
