Digital tachograph of the first generation in the second version is mandatory in the EU from October 1, 2011 in all commercially used vehicles that are used in public transport under EU 516/2006. According to EU 1266/2009.
This tachograph can also be used for older vehicles that were first registered on or after May 15, 2006.
